The information you provide to our company Konvergence through this Site shall be treated with utmost care and processed with instruments that can safeguard its security in full compliance with applicable data protection legislation. We wish to inform you that European Regulation 2016/679 on protection of natural persons with regard to processing of their personal data as well as free circulation of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”) provides for protection of natural persons with regard to processing of their personal data as a fundamental right. In accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR we are therefore informing you that:

A. CATEGORIES OF DATA: Konvergence S.r.l. will process your personal data such as:

a) Data collected automatically. During normal operation, computer systems and applications dedicated to keeping this site working detect some information, whose transmission is implicit in use of Internet communication protocols, which might be associated with users who can be identified. The data collected include IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by those who connect to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of requested resources, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the response status from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system, the browser and IT environment used, the name of the Internet service provider (ISP), date and time of the visit, the referral page the visitor came from and exit page.

b) Data provided voluntarily by you. Sending e-mails to the addresses indicated in different access channels of this site voluntarily and explicitly does not entail request for consent; however, doing so entails acquisition of the sender’s address and details as well as any other personal data included in the message, which is necessary in order to respond to requests. E. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The purpose and legal basis for processing your data are:

a) For information collected automatically, the legal basis is the lawful interest of the controller and the purpose is to provide and improve your Internet browsing experience.

b) For information you supply voluntarily, the legal basis is consent and for sending emails to our addresses, the purpose is to able to send replies to any requests made by you; for the forms the purpose is specified in the policy.

F. DATA RECIPIENTS: Within limits pertinent to the processing purposes specified, your data will be disclosed to other companies in the group, to partners, to consulting companies, and to private businesses, third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies and communication agencies.

G. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY: This site could share some of the information gathered with services located outside the European Union. H. STORAGE TIME: Based on the storage limitation principle (Art. 5 of the GDPR), to check if there is any obsolescent data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected, maintenance of stored data is carried out periodically. More specifically

a) data collected automatically are processed for the time strictly necessary solely for obtaining statistical information on use of the site and to check that it is working properly and for security reasons or based on expiries provided by legislation.

b) The data you provide voluntarily will be kept for a period of time not exceeding achievement of the purposes for which they were processed or based on expiries provided by legislation.

I. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: The data subject has the right to ask the Controller for access to his or her data, and to obtain rectification or erasure of the same, restriction to processing and to object to their processing, to ask for data portability, to withdraw consent to processing by exercising these and other rights provided by the GDPR by writing to the Controller. The data subject can also file a complaint with a supervisory authority

J. OBLIGATORY AND OPTIONAL NATURE OF CONSENT: In order for the service to be supplied properly, providing your data while browsing our site is obligatory, as regards points E.a and E.b of the above purposes. On the other hand, giving your consent for points E.c is optional and will not compromise supply of the service in any way.

K. DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The personal data you supply will be processed in tasks that comply with the aforesaid legislation and privacy obligations the Controller’s actions are inspired by.
