NOTICE


Based on European data security law (Art. 13, European Regulation 2016/679), you are being informed that Konvergence S.r.l. is committed to processing your personal data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency whilst safeguarding your privacy. We are therefore informing you that:

A. CATEGORIES OF DATA: Konvergence S.r.l. will process your personal data such as identifying details, personal details and contact information.

B. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data in the possession of Konvergence S.r.l. are collected directly from the data subject.

C. DATA CONTROLLER: The data controller is Konvergence S.r.l. - Via Nazionale, 111/B - 65012 Villanova di Cepagatti (PE)

D. CONTACT DETAILS OF THE D.P.O.: The Controller has appointed a D.P.O. who may be contacted by email at this address: dpo@konvergence.it

E. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The legal basis for processing your data, collected and stored in relation to completion of this form, is your consent, and processing will be carried out for the following purposes:
• Registration at the Konvergence site so you can access contents and services reserved to those who register;
• Registration and satisfaction of the contact request received through the site;
• Taking part in the direct marketing programme by sending communications via e-mail, text messages, telephone calls

F. DATA RECIPIENTS: Within limits pertinent to the processing purposes specified, your data may be disclosed to partners, consulting companies and private companies appointed as Processors by the Controller. Your data will not be diffused in any way. Appointed Processors and Processing Delegates are identified in the Privacy Document which is updated periodically.

G. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES: collected data will not be transferred to third countries outside of the European Union.

H. STORAGE PERIOD: The data gathered will be kept for a period of time not exceeding achievement of the purposes for which they were processed, based on the storage limitation principle, Art. 5 of the GDPR, or based on expiries provided by legislation. A check is made periodically on whether data stored is obsolescent in relation to the purposes for which they were collected.

I. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: The data subject has the right to ask the Controller for access to his or her data, and to obtain rectification or erasure of the same, restriction to processing and to object to their processing, to ask for data portability, to withdraw consent to processing by exercising these and other rights provided by the GDPR by writing to the Controller. The data subject can also file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

J. OBLIGATORY AND OPTIONAL NATURE OF CONSENT: We are informing you that supplying data is optional for some fields and obligatory for other fields marked with an asterisk, and not supplying them will prevent the requested service from being provided.

K. DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The personal data you supply will be processed in tasks that comply with the aforesaid legislation and privacy obligations the Controller’s actions are inspired by. Data will be processed with both IT instruments, on hard copies and on any other suitable support by taking adequate security measures according to Art. 5, paragraph 1 letter F of the GDPR.
